Can’t Deactivate Ad Blocker Notify

Ad Blocker Notify works fine as advertised, but I can’t deactivate it. When I go to the plugin list and click deactivate, nothing happens.

I started having problems with a php file upload script after installing Ad Blocker Notify and another new plugin. I wanted to deactivate these 2 plugins to see if one of them might be causing the problem. I did determine that the other new plugin was causing the problem, but I might need to deactivate in the future.
