can’t deactivate

    Hi,

    Thank you for reaching out to us. I hope you’re doing well.

    To deactivate any plugin, you should go to your WordPress admin and click on the “Plugins” menu item at the left. Then, you can see the list of the active plugins. Find the one you want to deactivate and click “deactivate”.
