Can’t customize with plugin activated

  • I have the issue of not being able to customize anything when the One Page Express Companion plugin is activated. The customize screen is just blank and doesn’t load anything. When the plugin is de-activated I can see the buttons and preview etc to adjust headers backgrounds and things. But I can’t customize anything with the plugin activated or therefore what can be customized with the plugin.

    any ideas?

    Do you have any other plugins installed? If so, please try deactivating them so we can eliminate them as potential sources of the problem.

    Also, what version of PHP do you run on the server?
