Can’t customize theme after using duplicator, otherwise it worked

    The site was duplicated and all seems to be working except when I click customize theme it goes to a blank white page except the customization options panel on left side still are visible but NO site content shows up on the right, just a blank page. So I can no longer customize the theme . I tried switching themes activating others still can’t customize any, they all only show blank white pages .

    That is odd… Do you happen to have custom code in your functions.php file in your theme folder? Sometimes that can cause issues. If you want to submit a support ticket I can investigate your archive.zip file for you on a separate server to see if its environment related.
