Can’t customize site

  • When i select appearance – customize it won’t load the page and is just blank

    I have looked in the errorlog file and it refers to: wp-settings.php on line 280

    When i look on line 280 it says: require ABSPATH . WPINC . ‘/sitemaps/class-wp-sitemaps-stylesheet.php’;

    anyone know what the issue is as I have sent a support ticket to oceanwp last week but they haven’t got back to me. I really need to customise my site and change the logo.

    Also I cannot edit any page in Elementor and keeps putting me into safe mode.

    I apologize for your trouble.

    It seems the plugin conflict issue. Try to disable all the nonocean plugin and check if it is working or not. If yes, enable the one by one plugin, and refresh the page after enabling each plugin, to check the conflict issue.

    and Would you be so kind and go to Elementor > System Info and share the report with us so that we can take a look.?
