    Hello, I’m currently trying to edit the Comlianz plugin or banner on a page.
    Unfortunately, a soft “white wall” appears and I have no options to customize the banner. The rest of the installation assist works perfectly.

    I cloned the page to another server and the banner editing worked there without any problems.

    I get an error message in the console:
    fetchBannerData
    …./WP/wp-content/plugins/complianz-gdpr/settings/build/index.71f507b41a51d0f4b911.js?ver=71f507b41a51d0f4b911:1

    Is it possible that something needs to be set/changed on the server? => Unfortunately, access to the server is only available via “2 corners” and working directly on the server is not possible.

    The following has already been tried:
    Uninstall / reinstall plugin (with and without data reset)
    Database optimization (WP – Optimize)
    Change of settings
    Classic plugin compatibility exclusion procedure.

    What else could I do here?

    Hi @zacwebadmin,

    Are there any restrictions on the REST API which might result in this behavior occurring on one server, but not the other one?

    Possibly, the plugin’s request is blocked by a security tool e.g. on the server-side, resulting in an inability to load the page afterwards.
