Can’t customize.

    The plugin looks great. However it doesn’t allow me to change the text for the emails or review forms, every time I do they revert back to the defaults, I managed to keep one title saved, but then bang it also reverted. At first I thought the test emails were not reflecting my changes then realized my changes were reverted every time. How can I fix this? Doesn’t save colours either.

    Can you please confirm that you clicked “Save changes” button at the bottom of the page after modification of texts/colors?

    If you modify settings and then send test email without saving settings, the plugin will use last saved texts/colors.

    Hi ivole,

    Yes, I did click save, then tried it multiple times, the issue is that the settings don’t save at all. The save confirmation appears, but scrolling down reveals they reverted to defaults. One time the email subject did save, but nothing else, not the text, or colors or form settings. Strange right?

    Yes, it is strange. Can you please drop an email to [email protected]? I suggest that we arrange a screen sharing session (via TeamViewer) to troubleshoot this issue.

    This problem has been resolved by uninstalling the plugin and then installing it again.
