Can't create questions

Hi,
sorry, but I installed the plugin perfectly, but now I don’t know where I can add my own questions for the survey. In Settings > Survey I onlye have two options: permalink slug and result number. And in the section Surveys, I can create a survey, but not the inner options…
Sorry, but I’m lost. I need you to help me, please.
