Can’t create products

    I’ve uploaded 100 photos to a gallery, created products and categories in WordPress/Woocommerce, but the gallery in FTG isn’t allowing me to create products of my photos.

    Note the images have already been uploaded, I’m now just trying to create individual products for each of them.

    Am I missing something? I’ve been over my footsteps several times and can’t pick why.

    Hey @fishman-dan,
    I am really sorry about how long it took us to reply to this. WordPress’s notification system for this support forum doesn’t always send us the emails for these tickets it seems.

    Were you able to figure out the issue? If not were you selecting a “Model Product” in the WooCommerce tab of one of our Galleries?

    I have the same issue.

    I’ve upgraded to Premium and following your video, which is a little outdated. Selecting all the images (in this gallery only 5 as still testing), the “Create individual image products” and “create digital gallery product” buttons are not enabled.

    Any idea why these options aren’t enabled?
