can’t create product

  • i installed the plugin, and i think it is configured correctly.
    I am trying to create a product but my screen looks different from what is shown in the documentation. I uploaded images to the media library and assigned them to gift card image categories. I set the product to have 3 different card values. I save everything and when I go to view the product there is nothing there.
    What am I doing wrong?

    We cannot access your site as it is your administration panel.

    Could you provide us with some screenshots detailing each of the steps?

    Maybe we can reproduce them and find out the source of the problem.

    Thanks for your doc, was helpful to us.

    First, we need to know is why the product is not being created.

    Could you test it only with our plugin, WooCommerce, and a default theme of WordPress? if the result is the same, the next step could be to activate debug on your site and check what are the errors shown on the log file.
