    Hi,

    I try to create a new order from the dasboard. but I recieve always an error:
    A critical error has occurred on this website. Check your administrator’s inbox for instructions. but I don’t recieve any mail and I don’t now where to start troubleshooting..can someone help me ?

    Thanks for reaching out!

    I understand that you are encountering a critical error on your site when trying to create a new order, is that correct?

    Can you check if the instructions email has perhaps landed up in your spam/junk folder?

    Also, I’d suggest installing the free?Query Monitor?plugin on your site and then trying to create a new order again so that we can see what errors the Query Monitor plugin may identify.

    Once you have those, please can you share them here so that we can take a closer look.

    But I have installed the requested plugin an retried and this is the outcome:

    It appears that an error is being caused by the WP GDPR Compliance plugin.

    As a next step, can you try temporarily deactivating the WP GDPR Compliance plugin and see if the error persists?

    If this makes no difference, I’d suggest performing a full conflict test to see if any theme/plugin conflicts may be causing this issue.
