can’t create or view pdf invoices or packing slips

hey everyone –

in need a bit of help as don’t know what is going on:
got a site and using:
yith woocommerce pdf invoice and shipping list
when trying to generate an invoice or packing slip i get these 2 errors:

1. no block-level parent found. not good.
also get this (same errors with coding):

I did a test with the last version of YITH WooCommerce PDF Invoice and Shipping List (Updated today) and I cannot reproduce the error on my site.

Could you do a test using WooCommerce, YITH WooCommerce PDF Invoice and Shipping List and TwentySixteen theme? Probably there is an incompatibility between a plugin or your theme.

Hi there, I experienced the same issue. I tried the module on my local copy of the website and it worked fine… so I guess is not the template. Then I deactivated all the “extra plugins” and I left the same plugins as the local site but I keep getting the same error. Any help? the website domain is nikuniku.it
