• Hi there,

I saw another thread about this and tried the solutions mentioned there, including sending this doc: https://docs.mailpoet.com/article/14-cant-duplicate-save-newsletters to my host. They did disable modsecurity for me, but I still can’t create or duplicate a newsletter. I get to step 2 in the process each time and the editing options to the right don’t display, neither do the images. I installed Really Simple SSL and a plugin to help with insecure elements such as images, but neither of those helped the situation.

I then decided to deactivate, rename the folder via FTP, then download mailpoet again and reinstall, but still no change. I thought doing this might fix something related to SSL access within wordpress, but no. No change.

I’m not using the beta however, just the latest stable version of mailpoet.

I was going to send a newsletter out yesterday to my clients about major changes to the website that prompted my switch to SSL, but I can’t. At least not with Mailpoet. I hope there is a fix, or I’ll be looking for another wordpress in-house newsletter plugin, but that will be a pain because I use mailpoet to deliver two e-courses via the autoresponder system. So I’m really hoping there is a fix for this problem and that I don’t have to migrate to another newsletter platform.

    I have the same problem.
I moved my site to another server where I have other WP installations on which MailPoet works fine. Each domain present into server has the same configuration.
In this site that I just transferred MailPoet does not allow me to duplicate newsletters.
    The duplicate URL is https: //domain/wp-admin/admin.php? Page = wysija_campaigns & id = 123 & email_id = 124 & action = duplicate & _wpnonce = f741d8d46d
    The answer is always:
    “Forbidden
You do not have permission to access this document. ?
But I’m the administrator, so I should have permission. What happen? What can I do?

I have run into the same problem. What I have found is that for some reason the juicy.png divider is not loading as encrypted, throwing the page into a “mixed” mode which seems to cause problems.
