Can't Create New Poll

    I am using WP-Polls 2.72 with WordPress 4.4.1. Everything has been working fine until today. I tried to create a new poll, but got a vague error that provided no details – just the text “Error adding poll” along with the poll question.

    I’ve run 30+ polls previously and had no problems – except once when I deleted a poll and future poll numbers got messed up – they were off by one. But I can live with this. I have a cache plugin installed, but it is not active.

    Is there a limit on the length of the poll questions or answers that might cause this?

    Poll question and answer is 200 chars. Hmm the error is vague because on the WP side, it just returns me a boolean true or false, so on my end I can’t tell the error.

    That was it. The original question was 242 characters. I paired it down and all works now. Thanks!
