Can't create new field

    If I go to a form and try to add a new field, I can click on the ‘Add New Field’ button and choose the field type but when I click on the save button nothing happens. I can’t create a new field!
    I can neither create a new form and add a field to it nor edit an existing form and add field.

    @snamyar,

    This should not be the case. It is only not possible to add more than 7 fields if you use free version of Form Maker, but still you should be able to edit existing form. Please contact our support team for troubleshooting at support[at]web-dorado.com. Thank you.

    Not yet! I wonder if someone received our call for help!
    I tried several things but didn’t work. I tried disabling the FormMaker plugin and enabling it. I tried disabling iThemes Security and it didn’t help!

    OK, let me know if you hear anything. I did receive an email confirming they received my request and is being “reviewed”. Hopefully I hear something today!

    Hi 8kvad,
    They emailed me and I handed over login info to my site. Let’s see if they can find a solution for this problem. I will let you know if they let me know the fix.

    I gave them access to my site and they fixed it overnight.
    I don’t know what they did and when I asked them, they didn’t answer my question.
    One thing though, when I logged in (after they worked on it) my website theme was changed to one of the built-in WordPress themes and I had to re-activate my own theme. It was scary because at first I thought they messed up the website! You can try the same thing to see if it helps. You aren’t going to mess up anything. Just create a full backup of your site first and then switch your theme to one of the built-in themes and test the formmaker. Then you can change the theme back but after changing it back you don’t have to click on import content. If you do that it will revers all of your changes back to when you started your website!

Yeah I gave them access to my site earlier today and told them nothing can be changed with how it is now because we just had a press release go out yesterday for it! So far they haven’t changed anything on it. I did find a work around. I noticed it only started acting up when I added a PayPal field. So I created my submit button, and instead of having the submit button take you directly to PayPal, I had it take you to another page that had just the PayPal button (created in PayPal) on it. Therefore I didn’t have to use one of the PayPal fields included with the form maker.

    Most likely the theme has been changed for testing purpose. But we are glad your issue got resolved. If you have sent us message about the changes, you should receive a reply with change details.
