Can’t create new category or add a new post after upgrade to 2.3.3

Hello,

I just upgraded to version 2.3.3 yesterday, I used Fantastico, and now I can’t add a new category or a new post.

I get this message after trying to add a category:

Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/mypass/public_html/my_blog/wp-config.php:44) in /home/mypass/public_html/my_blog/wp-includes/classes.php on line 738

This after trying to add a post:

Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/mypass/public_html/my_blog/wp-config.php:44) in /home/mypass/public_html/my_blog/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 390

I also experimented with a the ngg gallery plugin yesterday.
