Can’t create new categories

    Greetings – I am not able to create new categories. When I add the information for my new categories and click on the button “Add Category” the page seems to refresh (by that I mean the fields go back to blank) but no categories are added.

    I am able to add posts, pages, and links, just not categories.

    Any suggestions?

    I finally found the solution – logging out and back seems to have fixed this for now.

    I had this same problem myself, tried everything to fix it and almost gave up in frustration….until I saw your post and by God it worked. I don;t know who you are TrishaM…but I love you.

    This worked for me as well. Not exactly sure why, but thanks nonetheless.

    Firefox 2.0.0.6
    WP 2.2.2

    This has not worked for me…grateful for another solution.
