Can’t create label

    Hi there,

    My colleagues tried creating a label earlier today, but after clicking on ‘generate label’, nothing happens. They are working in Firefox.

    I tried it with the same order, also in Firefox, and I don’t have any issues here.

    What could cause this error, and more importantly: what can we do to fix it?

    your colleagues should try a few steps. Only proceed to next step if the previous step does not work.

    Step1: Erase Cookies and Browser History.
    Step2: Check if the Browser needs an update.
    Step3: Check if Java is outdated.
