Can’t create header

Hi,

I am trying to create a new header template from Templates > Theme builder > Header, but it isn’t working. After the header template is created I am unable to add/edit anything.

I hope you understand what I mean. If not, is there a way I can share a screenshot. I’m a beginner here so don’t know how these things work.
