Can’t Create Custom Audience – TOS issue

    Hello.

    Each time I try to create custom audience I get
    Terms of service has not been accepted. To accept, go to https://www.facebook.com/customaudiences/app/tos

    Following the link goes to an older version of ad manager displaying the terms as already accepted for another ad account than the one the pixel is connected to.

    I removed the pixel from plugin settings. Created and connected a new pixel. The same message returns when I try to create custom audience.

    Do you have any workaround to suggest?
