Can’t Create Custom Audience – TOS

Hi,

this issue is really odd and I fear goes beyond what I can do. That is, it seems something wrong on your account that not depends on Pixel Caffeine.

Try to contact the help desk of Facebook https://www.facebook.com/help/community, asking him why the Facebook APIs don’t give you to create custom audience even if the ToS are accepted.

Doesn’t the fact that your plugin doesn’t recognize this kind of make it a plugin issue?
