    Hi,

I’ve just started testing this plugin for possible use with our company as the crm. However, I’m trying to create a company and get the message ‘* Company name or email or phone is required’ – even though I’ve completed all those fields – a popup also says [OBJECT object].

We cannot really test very far without adding companies… Any ideas?

  • Hello @mikeoptima

It seems there is a conflict with any other theme or plugin causing the plugin. Before going further, please check the possible conflicts on your site and let us know the result.

    Thanks

    Hi,

thanks for the quick reply. The only plugin I have activated is WP Erp and the theme is set to Twenty Seventeen.

This is a fresh install on Digital Ocean. Perhaps it’s a setup problem.

    Health Check tells me:

One or more recommended modules are missing Performance

    COuld it be this? ^

ok, the issue seems somewhat resolved. But I’ve deleted all the companies and contacts and when I try and re-add it says the email addresses of some ‘Already exists as a contact or company’ – I’ve emptied the trash as well.

    Hi @mikeoptima

You deleted your data from the WPERP but your databases still storing your previous data.
So, in this case, if you want to get started with WPERP like a fresh setup then please follow this instruction:

    > Deactivate and delete the WPERP from your site.

    > Now, download this WPERP Cleaner Plugin and install, activate on your site. This will clear all of the previous databases. (Note: Will lose everything on WPERP)

    > After running the cleaner, install and activate the WPERP again.

Hoping this will help you out!
    Thanks & regards ??
