Can’t Create Click Tracking Event

  • Hello,

    I have been using this plugin for multiple websites now. But I can’t create a new event click tracking on this new website. It is already on WordPress 5.5.1.

    When I save the event, it refreshes to a blank page.

    Looking forward to hearing from you to solve this issue.

    Hi @solarorion,

    Are you using an Adblocker by any chance?
    If so, try to exempt the site and try again.

    There shouldn’t be a conflict with WordPress 5.5.1.

    Option is good, really blocking ads does not allow you to go through and open all the features, so you need to configure some features manually and make adjustments! You will also be interested in such an article mistersport.fr, it will be interesting to hear the answers about it!

    Hi @yuvalo,

    I am not using any AdBlocker, I’ve also checked with my server and this was their reply:

    “I have tested and faced the same error with PHP.

    I also have tried with different PHP versions and the result is the same.

    You may refer this to the plugin developer.”
