Can’t create and update form

  • Hi,

    I have weird problem. I was trying to add captcha but I found out that I can’t update forms. Even can’t add simple dot. When i hit Preview it showes ok, but after saving i get the old one.
    I was trying to creat ene form with captcha but when i hit save i get error: Sorry, you selected invalid form ID. Please check again if the ID is right.

    Aby idea?

    Hi @gmaam,

    this can be caused by many parts, so we need more information.

    Do you use any hidden Captcha on same page?
    Do you face same issue by removing the visible Captcha from the form?

    No, I don’t use Captcha. Newsletter form is the first component where I want to use it.
    I can’t remove Captcha because I can’t add it ??
    The fact is that I can’t change anything in newsletter form template. When I add even one word and click Save, after reload page form doesn’t update. So this is not Captcha’s problem.
