Can’t create an account – Free Version

    Hi Guys
    Feed has broken so we deleted the account..
    Get this now when we try create an account

    {“error_type”: “OAuthException”, “code”: 400, “error_message”: “Insufficient developer role”}

    Hey @thesilverfox,

    Thank you for reaching out to us for assistance. This wouldn’t be a normal error to occur in our plugin but it does mean that the Access Token you are using for the account or source is invalid. When using the Instagram Feed plugin, you will want to connect your source again under Instagram Feed > Settings > Sources > Add Source. If it doesn’t seem to be working properly on the site you can test first using the Access Token tool found on our website and then attempt a manual connection.
