Hi, when I go to setting and go to add a feed I get stuck here. I select google and nothing happens. All other plugins have been disabled and tried multiple stock themes https://prntscr.com/ltloi7

Any ideas? No errors in console.

Do you already have a feed in there?
Try deactivating, removing and reinstalling the plugin.

    @anjoid,

You also need to enter a feed name. The screenshot shows your feed name field is still empty and it will only proceed when you also enter a feed name (and then leave the name field). A feed name is required for any feed.

It happens to the best of us :-).

    Have same issue.

Name filled in and Google Merchant selected but the options are still greyed out.

    Hello @benalfrey,

Could you try to remove the plugin and then reinstall it again.
If that does not solve the issue, try to open your browsers Console Tab, make a new feed and tell me what messages you’re getting in the Console Tab.

To open the Browser Console Tab press, depending on your preferred browser: CNTRL+SHFT+J (for Chrome) CNTR+SHFT+K (for Firefox) or F12 (for Explorer). If you work on a Mac: (CMD+OPT+J for Chrome or CMD+OPT+K for Firefox). This should open a Console Tab on your browser.

    Hey @michel-jongbloed ,

Tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no such luck.

Here are the messages I get.

The error message seems to come from a file called “backend.js”. But I can’t identify where that file is from. It’s not a WordPress file and not from our plugin.

Could you click on that file link and see if you can identify where its from?

And could you tell me what version of our plugin you’re using?

Sorry, just to add. When I clicked the link it took me to here:

I mean the version of our plugin ??

So there is a relation with a plugin that is installed in the “wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-composite-bundle-creation” folder of your server. I can’t identify what plugin that is as there is no plugin with the WooCommerce Composite Bundle Creation name.

Could you check that folder and identify the name of this plugin so that I can install it on my test server?

And also, if you can identify that plugin could you check if the issue is gone when you temporary deactivate that plugin?

    Hello @benalfrey,

Where you able to check the issue with the woocommerce-composite-bundle-creation plugin deactivated?

Also, can you identify where the plugin is from so I can install it on my server and test where it’s going wrong? Would greatly appreciate your help in this one.

    Hi Michel,

Sorry I should’ve replied. It turned out it was an internal error. That issue was created by the dev team here a while back. It was repaired and now we’re in business!

    Thanks

No problem. Great that it’s working again!
