Can't contact Photocrati support

I have Photocrati 4.3 and have been trying to update through Theme Options in admin. I keep getting an error that I can’t read because it flies by so fast and then page reloads.

When I use the link on members.photocrati.com to contact support it asks for my email address, then tells me that my link has expired and that I need to contact Support. I can’t contact support because my link has expired.

Any ideas? Anyone from Photocrati read these?
