Can’t connect with the explorer

Hi there,
first of all, thank you for the great job you made with this plugin.

I’m trying to scan my web site to get the cookies of my site through the cookie scanner integrated in the plugin. But i always get the same message error:

“No se ha podido establecer la conexión con el explorador.
Por favor, inténtalo de nuevo más tarde”

“Can’t establish the connection with the explorer.
Please, try it later.”

I have tried with different emails, if it was the problem. I have deleted the settings and reset. But nothing works.

If i log directly to the website of cookieyes, create an account and scan the cookies in this site, i can perfectly scan it. But not from the plugin of my site.

What should i do?
