    Hello,

    I need help with the Constant Contact feature. No more how many times I try, I cannot successfully submit an email address on the form:

    Error Message: “Something went wrong, please try again.”

    Could it be that it’s on a staging site? I did successfully connect with Constant Contact. When I first had issues, I disconnected and reconnected serval times.

    Hope all is well!

    I’ve tested Constant Contact on test site and could not replicate this issue. Would you please deactivate and re-connect Constant Contact integration in Hustle settings? Make sure your email address is verified with Constant Contact service.

    If the issue still persists, please run a quick test for a conflict with another plugin. Deactivate all plugins, besides Hustle and see if the issue is still there. If all is well, activate one plugin at a time till you find which plugin is causing this.

    I don’t think it worked because I have it set up so that any new email addresses submitted will be routed to a special Constant Contact folder. I don’t see any new subscribers. You did not receive an error message when you click submit? So strange.

    This is for a client of mine and my email address is not associated with her account. I do have permission to use her account and have her login info. I did had success in connecting them. Do I need to actually have my now email address as one of the contacts in her CC account?

    I can try the test you recommend. Thank you.

    Please let me clarify, I’ve tested the Constant Contact integration on my test site and it is working well. On your site, there is indeed “Something went wrong” message is showing up. Please try to re-connect the Constant Contact integration in Hustle and if the issue is still there, another plugin may be causing this. Please run a quick test for a conflict with another plugin as described above.

    Just in case, please make sure there is a site’s backup created, so if something will go wrong, you can always restore your site.

    No, since you have access to your client’s account, you do not need to set the Constant Contact with your personal account.

    I’ve tried everything above and still have the same problem. I even cleared the cache and tried on three separate private browsers. ??

    Hello cidcreative,

    Can you try creating a new module and there connecting with the email service and see then if it will work in a new module (before doing that disconnect in the old module)? I had a similar case in the past and only this helped.
    Also, make sure that you selected list in the Constant Contact.
