• I don’t know my login details to enable the jetback features. It’s been installed but i need to ‘connect my website to wordpress.com’ using the button on the screen. I have tried using every bit of login information i’ve been given. Where can i find this and how do i do this?

Disable W3TC plugins if you have and try enabling Jetpack again

This has been happening for me too. I’m not sure what you mean by W3TC plugins, I have no plugins other than Akismet and Jetpack installed.

Jetpack continues to say that the login information I’ve entered is incorrect, I’m not sure what other information I can give it.

Never mind, I just resolved it by creating another account with WordPress.

I’m having the same problem, but do not want to create a new account. I have two blogs through wordpress that were offered from my Webhost. Getting to my blogs are extensions of my domain (EX: liveintenes.com/liveinformed)

“liveintense.com” is the site “liveinformed” should be registered with wordpress… but no matter what combination of login information I use, nothing works. Any ideas?

Jetpack does nothing when I click that button, except send me to the front page of my blog.
I went to wordpress.com and logged-in, and nothing.

Following the advise posted, I deleted the wt3c plugin which I hadn’t activated… No change.

    EDIT:
I fixed it… Jetpack doesn’t like buddypress, I deactivated that, and jetpack worked correctly.
