Can′t connect to wordpress

Hi there, i′m trying to use DCM Desktop Content Manager, i installed the plugin on my wordpress, activate the webservice but when i try to connect from the desktop app it gives-me the following error “there′s no final point listening on http:,”.
Can you please help?
