I’m trying to connect my site to Wordfence Central and when testing the connection, I get this error:

@wfpeter Thanks for the update, it is now working for us as well.

Like @josklever said, how could we have reported this for the weekend teams to have seen? Are there plans in place to have this auto-detected so it can be displayed on status.wordfence.com and notified to the appropriate internal teams and customers?

    Hi @josklever & @kingstonrx84,

Our status page is certainly the best place to find that information. Rather than being a manually updated page, it tracks the same system that alerts us about outages 24 hours a day. We’ll be aware almost immediately to any issues with our services, and you can double-check when you spot a discrepancy whether we’re currently dealing with something: https://status.wordfence.com/

    Many thanks,
    Peter.

@wfpeter I am asking if this particular issue will be reported on status.wordfence.com in the future because the WordFence Central connectivity was down while the status page showed all things operational.

We are unable to offer private support via direct a contact such as email for the free product @kingstonrx84, but we appreciate you are asking to provide our team with details that may assist in diagnosing a problem for yourself and wider customers.

For now, we have made some operational recommendations that patterns seen on the forums (like this topic and others) could have helped us resolve an issue sooner, so should be looked out for by team members working on weekends going forward. It is rare for this to happen, but unfortunately a number of customers including yourself were affected this time.

    Many thanks,
    Peter.

    Thanks Peter!

That sounds like some measures are taken to improve monitoring of outages and that’s always good. ??

@wfpeter I think you misunderstand what I am asking.

When an issue like what happened over the weekend happens again, will your systems pick this up and automatically report it as an outage on status.wordfence.com or will it continue to show things as operational when they are not?
