• Strange error as following:

    a) We can’t keep our WooCommerce shop connected after it has been authorized by Snapppt. A few seconds after successful authorization the error shows “Oh no! There was a problem authorising with your Woocommerce store. You’ll need to re-connect via Apps page”

    We keep trying, but without success.

    b) We still manage to add products manually. Some can have the “shop” icon added by most not. Is it related to the number of products we linked? You can check the page here.

    Is anyone from the Snapppt development team reading this support forum? Looks like this plugin, as previously reported by others, has about zero support from the dev team. Sad.
