Can’t Connect to WeChat Pay and Alipay

    Hi!

    I have questions regarding payment methods for Woocommerce. I already have Credit Cards, Afterpay and Apple Pay via Stripe by Payment Plugins enabled, and wanting to also enable WeChat Pay and AliPay. But a few minutes after I activated the WeChat Pay in Stripe, it turned “ineligible” and I can’t click anything on that anymore. While for AliPay, it is still “pending” even after waiting for 2 days. How can I make them enable? Would that be because my e-commerce category is not eligible for Wechat Pay and AliPay?

    The eligibility for payment methods is based on criteria that Stripe defines internally. Unfortunately we have no control over whether or not your Stripe account is eligible for a particular payment method.

    I would recommend creating a support ticket with Stripe and speaking with them directly about eligibility for WeChat.
