Can't connect to the WangGuard server.

  • Trying to add the API: There was a problem connecting to the WangGuard server. Please check your server configuration.

    Server Connectivity reports: A network problem or firewall is blocking all connections from your web server to WangGuard.com. WangGuard cannot work correctly until this is fixed. Try to deactivate secure connection to WangGuard API. Go to WangGuard Settings and Disable secure connection to WangGuard server using SSL / TLS. After that Save Options, and save the API Key again.on server 37.59.20.168

    Network status: Obstructed.

    Hi CallMeAndy,

    I sorry for the delay, but since I added a contact form in WangGuard Help, I’m giving support to the people by email. WangGuard 1.6 use a secure connection (TLS) to WangGuard server. Some servers don’t allow this protocol, so you have to disable it. You need to go to wp-admin -> WangGuard -> Configuration -> WangGuard Settings -> “Disable secure connection to WangGuars Server”.
