Can’t Connect To Stripe

    Everything was working fine in test mode. When I took it out of test mode, I’ve tried multiple times to reconnect but nothing happens. When I click “Connect My Stripe Account” at connect.stripe.com it just takes me back to WordPress and nothing has happened.

    Please advise, thank you!

    I’m sorry that you’re having trouble connecting to Stripe in Live mode.

    Simple Pay and Stripe really like to hold on to their connection, even when something goes wrong.

    What I’d suggest:

    1. Sign out of your Stripe account
    3. Deactivate WP Simple Pay – don’t worry you won’t lose any settings, etc.
    4. Clear all site caches, etc.
    5. Activate WP Simple Pay
    6. Now try Stripe Connect – it will ask you to log in to your Stripe account. Log in.
    7. Switch to Live mode
    8. Things should be properly connected now.

    This seems to correct any connection issues. Let me know how it goes!

    I actually ended up going pro and manually connected our Stripe account. This has been resolved. Thank you!

    Hello @unclewally87,

    If you would still like to connect via Stripe Connect you will be able to now. We had an interruption in our connection service that has now been resolved.
