Can't connect to server?

  • I’m trying to instal a purchased theme. but Fillzilla and Fetch will not connect to my blog!!! i’ve been trying for 2 days now!

    everytime i try to connect to Fetch it tells me: connection was refused

    What can i do?

  • If you haven’t connected before, you probably have some of your account information wrong. Check your username, password, address, etc. with your host.

    If it was working before and has stopped, then you definitely want to contact your host as something has likely changed on their end.
