can't connect to my website

    I loaded the new version of sociable and now it says that I have a ftp error.. I want to rectify my prob but I can’t connect! When I click log in , it sends me a page of error.. Can anyone explain how I can go to my admin page? I’m new to WP

  • You can try using your ftp client or the file manager in your hosts control panel to remove the sociable directory. That might do it.
