I installed the MailChimp form plugin 1.4.2 but I cant connet to MailChimp.

My site is https://www.tupper.club, my wordpress is installed in tupper.club/wp
I have a redirect on my cpanel that makes tupper.club -> tupper.club/wp
(with and without www)

When I try to connect the plugin a popup windows opens with the following error:
Not Found. The requested URL /index.php was not found on this server.
I think that this is because the URL in the upper part of the window says https://tupper.club/index.php?mcsf_action=authorize
instead of https://tupper.club/wp/index.php?mcsf_action=authorize

I copied the url to a browser and corrected the path, and it asked for username and password. When I filled those and hit enter the following error appeard

POST to https://tupper.club/index.php?mcsf_action=authorized&salt=d4f84b91f5824fc986ed22213a2387b7&user_id=1 failed with 404: <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC “-//IETF//DTD HTML 2.0//EN”> <html><head> <title>404 Not Found</title> </head><body> <h1>Not Found</h1> <p>The requested URL /index.php was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Thanks for posting in the support forum. I’ll be happy to help out with setting up the MailChimp plugin however I can.

I took some steps to replicate what you’re seeing, and from our tests, redirecting to a WordPress site in a folder that’s using our plugin would work as expected. In this case, it appears as though the issue is being caused by some kind of DNS mismatch when redirecting, which can cause some trouble when authorizing the integration. I would recommend reaching out to a developer or your hosting company for more help with the DNS setup for this site.

Hello,

i instal newest version of this plugin to WP 4. When try to connect with my pwd and username, i get this error:

Hi there esmareu,

Thanks for taking the time to post. We are seeing some users having trouble connecting the plugin at the moment and we’re working with the developers to investigate and resolve this issue. I’ve been able to replicate this error in my own tests, but at another time I was also able to get things connected (after seeing the error a few times earlier in the day) so I would recommend giving the connection another try at some point, just in case the issue is occurring intermittently.

Hello,

i think problem was inside server. i had several problems paralel, so its hard to say which was the one.

i also cant update plugins or download new via backoffice. i getting error that site cant connect to www.remarpro.com.

try go to modules – add new and serach for some module. if you find and can download plugins, you have different problem like me.
