Can’t Connect To Jetpack

    Since yesterday, my jetpack has been misbehaving. I can’t use the mobile app to post. Today I deactivated jetpack on my site and uninstalled it. After reinstalling it I can’t set up Jetpack. It keep saying “An error occurred. Please try again”

    Have disabled all plugins and themes, but still,, it’s not working. Now I can’t make new posts with the app and old posts aren’t even loading as well as media files.

    I told my host and they sent me this “blastersseries.com [Fri Sep 20 12:26:09 2024] [error] [client 2a03:2880:24ff:9::face:b00c:0] AH01079: failed to make connection to backend: fdb326462b”

    please someone should assist me on this please

    Hi @chaarls,

    It seems that the XML-RPC file, which is essential for Jetpack to connect, is currently inaccessible, returning a 403 Forbidden error when trying to access it: https://blastersseries.com/xmlrpc.php?for=jetpack.

    This issue might be caused by a security plugin or the server configuration blocking access to this file. I recommend checking with your hosting provider to ensure that the XML-RPC file is not being blocked and reviewing any security plugins you have installed to make sure they aren’t preventing access. You may also want to temporarily disable any security plugins and see if that resolves the issue.
