• I downloaded today and tried connecting to my instagram account. I got the message that “Authorization is interrupted” and I should contact support. So here I am.

    Hi @telestial,

    Thanks for reaching out.

Let’s get right to it: Could you please deactivate your Instagram authorization in Blog2Social and clear your browser cache? After that, please log in to Instagram and check for any notifications or the request for a 2-factor authorization. Then, please go back to your Blog2Social and try to reconnect your Instagram account again.
If this should not work, could you please send us a screenshot of the notification to customer-service(at)blog2social(dot)com?

Let me know whether the issue with Instagram still occurs.

    Thank you and best regards

Thanks. I’ve tried this several times, but all I get when I log into Instagram is a message that says “suspicious login attempt. Login attempt from Cologne, Germany. To secure your account let us know if this was you.”

It offers me two buttons to click on: “this wasn’t me” and “this was me”. in no case am I given a code that I can use to enter into the Blog2social platform.

Update: OK, now I see that I am supposed to check my email, not my instagram account. In any case, when I enter the code sent to my email by instagram, I get the message “The security code entered was not accepted. Instagram has sent you a new security code by email” even though I’ve entered the most recent code sent, and Instagram hasn’t sent any new ones.

Update: It looks like it’s working even though I got an error message. You might want to look into that.

Update: It looked like my account was connected, but when I tried to post to Instagram, I got “Your authorization is interrupted. Please check your authorization. Please see FAQ.”

I’ve already checked the FAQ. It’s not helping.

I think what’s happening is that, every time I enter into code to try to verify my account through Blog2Social, is to Graham interprets it as somebody from Germany trying to hack my account, because as soon as I got my answer Graham account I get the “was this login you?” question. This happens every single time I try to enter the code and Blog2Social tell me that instagram has rejected it. I’m not sure why Instagram will not recognize the code they gave me or your location as valid since I’ve approved you ten times now, but they won’t.

I don’t know. I never heard back from customer support and tried to fix it myself, but couldn’t get it to work, so I removed it from my website a few weeks ago and replaced it with nelio content.

    Hi @telestial,

Thank you for your fast reply.

That is strange indeed. We received both your emails (08/08/17, 11/08/17) and answered you right away, inviting you to a joint Skype session to solve your request. Maybe our emails were in the spam folder. That’s why we contacted you again via the support thread for a quick follow-up. If you’d like to take another look at Blog2Social, feel always free to contact us and we will set you up with another free trial of Blog2Social premium ??

    Best regards and happy sharing
