Can’t Connect to Google or FB

I’ve enabled the plugin, latest version. Got the Place ID and API key but when I try to create a shortcode, nothing appears.

For the FB login, I don’t get a login button on the Business Reviews settings section. I get one for the Social Reviews plugin but although it connects, it doesn’t update the settings. I’ve tried logging into FB 2x and removed the app and tried again but nothing displays.

I don’t have any plugins apart from Elementor.
