can't connect to FTP or login into wordpress

  • I got a wordpress site working fine until yesterday morning, I suddenly can’t log into wordpress, even worse, I can’t connect to FTP and control panel. When I tried to log into wordpress, it shakes and said login detail is wrong. FTP said 530 login authentication failed.

    I already delete cookie etc, doesn’t seem to help. I’ve contacted my host, and the host said I should ask here, so I’m really lost and don’t know what to do.
