can’t connect to Facebook

I was previously connected to Facebook but the profile pictures did not show. I tried to download the FB reviews again but no reviews were found. I tried reconnecting to my FB account but that did not work (see screenshot, the page just remains like displayed on the screenshot). I reinstalled this plugin but that did not help. What can I do?
