Cant connect to Facebook

    Please i have been trying to connect my jetpack publicize to facebook but when i try it just tells me “An error occurred while connecting the account” and i have no idea what else to do. Please help

    I confirm too that we had a successful connection at last. I wonder what was the issue , from a developer’s point of view, that took 3 days to resolve. Maybe the numerous security paths that FB built lately.

    Unfortunately the connection is successful, but all we get is blank posts. No title or image.
    So they are still working on it…

    *UPDATE* Seems all is back to normal…

    Mine’s still not seeing the “Allow WP to post” option in my business integrations options on Facebook but it has allowed me to “reconnect” my Facebook Page to WordPress so I guess we shall see with the next scheduled post!

    We have heard from our Facebook contact that Facebook is investigating the issue.

    While this isn’t exactly a confirmation of a fix, I suppose it makes sense that some of you will be able to connect as Facebook gets closer to a solution.

    We’ll let you all know here once we receive a final “all clear.”

    Facebook is still investigating the root of the problem, so I suppose that’s to be expected.

    Great work everyone at Jetpack and working with the Facebook team.

    I confirm two of my post were posted on my facebook successfully.

    However there is still a warning in the jetpack connections page “Facebook connections from wordpress.com are currently experiencing failures” should I ignore this?

    Hello guys, I have successfully connected to my facebook page and i ran a test post which successfully appeared posted to my page, Thanks a lot for the help and keep up the good work.

    Now the error is over. ??

    Hello, after all these comments of not being able to connect I also went through this in the sites that I manage .. Anyway, I got the connection with facebook ..

    However, I connected facebook through the wordpress account with my user ..

    If I post fine, it works perfectly .. But when another user tries to post a post. It says that there is no connection with facebook and other networks … Try to make the connection again and informs that there is already a user connected to the wordpress account ..

    How to proceed in this case?
