• Hi there,

    I’ve been trying to connect to Dynamics but it isn’t working.

    I created a custom application and provided the required credentials, the connection failed and I didn’t get a notice or error message about why it did.

    I decided to login with my Dynamics account directly from the plugin, despite being an administrator I was blocked by an approval screen.

    Please I need your assistance, thanks.

  • Do not check “Use custom Azure Directory Application” checkbox , it is for dynamics developers

    I created a new account, added the Dynamics URL and clicked on Login with Dynamics

    I’m an admin, still, are there specific permissions that need to be grated for the integration to work? If yes, please share.

    Yes, I’m working with Dynamics developers, they provided me with the Client ID (I used this as the App ID), and Client Secret (I used this in the App Key field). I hoped this would work initially, using the login button was my second option.
