Can you confirm that you have a service outage (11 June 2024 12:24 GMT) which is disabling the functionality of the plugin?

The plug in is not working, and the Trust Index website is offline.

  • Its more than down, the domain name cannot be resolved.

    *** dns.google can’t find trustindex.io: Non-existent domain

Further digging indicates that the domain’s status is “Client Hold” see WHOIS Domain Search | Europe Registry search results for trustindex.io

    Updated Date:?2024-06-11T09:53:58Z

    Domain Status:?clientHold?https://icann.org/epp#clientHold

This status code tells your domain’s registry to not activate your domain in the?DNS?and as a consequence, it will not resolve. It is an uncommon status that is usually enacted during legal disputes, non-payment, or when your domain is subject to deletion.

Often, this status indicates an issue with your domain that needs resolution. If so, you should contact your registrar to resolve the issue. If your domain does not have any issues, but you need it to resolve, you must first contact your registrar and request that they remove this status code.

    Hi,?@simplecv ?@townman,

Due to a DNS error with the trustindex.io domain, the service is temporarily unavailable. We apologize for the inconvenience. We are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. You will be notified once the service is available again. Thank you for your patience.

Feel free to write us, if you need further assistance,

    Thanks for the Update,

If your CDN is down I think the plugin should still function or at the very least not print an error to the screen for end users to see, and break every website that uses the plugin. Instead, use local files or log the error to the admin only. Can this be done in a future update please?
