My Facebook shop stopped syncing with my website, I uninstall the plugin and install it again, after it won’t connect, and I get this error :

    https://prnt.sc/hEp-4cGZwW6u

TND is the ISO code of my website currency, my shop is actually in TND which is supported !

    Any solution ?

  • Hi @mavericklp28

Looks like your store currency (TND) isn’t a supported currency on Facebook and hence you are getting this error.

Here is a list of supported currencies.

You could try changing the currency to EUR or GBP temporarily during the connection and back to your native later. This might work.

Let me know how that goes!

Please, I don’t need any generic copy and paste reply.

    Hello,

    So sorry for the confusion.

My shop is actually in TND, how it’s not supported

I can understand your point, please note that the TND Currency is indeed supported on the WordPress’s side, however, on the Facebook’s side it is not.

You can try to disconnect and reconnect the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin as explained in our documentation:
    https://woocommerce.com/document/facebook-for-woocommerce-uninstall-plugin-and-remove-woocommerce-facebook-app/

If that does not help, you can try to switch the currency temporarily (the goal is to reconnect the site to Facebook) And then switch it back to your local currency.

Let us know how this goes for you.

Hey there! The last time we heard from you was a while ago, so I’m marking this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you’re ready.

    Cheers.
