Can’t connect store to woocommerce

Hi there,

I can’t connect my store to woocommerce. I’ve tried through a web browser through woo.com but when i try to connect store by placing my store’s url, it says WooCommerce isn’t plugged in (it definitely is and activated).

I also tried through the app, but it’s stating it can’t connect because my woocommerce needs to bupdated to WooCommerce 3.5. The version connected is version 8.

Please help.
