    Hello,

    I can’t connect personal instagram account, when I try connect it with “Add Source” then I am redirected to instagram to login and when I successfully login then I am not redirected back and in the plugin settings I can’t see it’s connected. But on Instagram in settings “Apps and websites” I can see that it is connected with Smash Balloon Social Personal.

    Any ideas?

    Hi @chidoleet and @spyrosvl,

    Thanks for contacting us! Most commonly this is caused by plugins that set all URLs on your site to be relative or otherwise modify URLs. If you are using this type of plugin, you could try temporarily disabling it while you are making the connection to your Instagram account.

    Another option is to use our tool here to retrieve your Instagram account ID and access token. Then to manually enter these and avoid any redirection problems, go directly to the manual connection area by adding this to the end of your base site URL in your browser: /wp-admin/admin.php?page=sbi-settings&manualsource=true

    For example: https://yoursite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=sbi-settings&manualsource=true

    Quick update; this must have been an Instagram issue. I was able to connect today, hence it may be resolved for everyone ??
